Privacy Policy

DenPocket is a personal finance app operated by DenStack Software Solutions Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the DenPocket app and website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password. Your password is stored in encrypted (hashed) form; we cannot read it.
- Profile details you choose to add: phone number, date of birth, country, base currency, time zone and a profile photo.
- Your financial records: the wallets, transactions, categories, budgets, bills, savings goals and debts you enter. DenPocket does not connect to your bank; everything in it is typed in by you.
- AI assistant conversations: the questions you ask the assistant and its answers.
Information collected automatically
- Purchase records: when you buy a plan or AI credits, the App Store or Google Play tells us what was bought, when, and until when it is active, so we can unlock it. We never receive your card or payment details.
- Basic server logs: like any website, our server records requests (such as IP address, time and device type) to keep the service running and secure.
How we use your information
- To provide the app: show your balances, reports, budgets and insights.
- To run your account: sign-in, password reset codes and account deletion.
- To provide your plan and AI credits after a purchase.
- To answer your questions to the AI assistant.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run DenPocket, and only what each one needs:
- OpenAI — when you use the AI assistant, your question and the financial details needed to answer it are sent to OpenAI to generate the reply.
- Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) and RevenueCat — handle purchases. RevenueCat receives your DenPocket account number and purchase history so we can confirm what you bought.
- Our hosting provider — stores the server your data lives on.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your profile and financial records are deleted straight away. Records of store purchases are kept, no longer linked to you, because they are part of our payment records.
Your choices
- You can view and edit your profile and records in the app at any time.
- You can export your reports as PDF from the app.
- You can delete your account and all its data in the app under Settings → Security → Delete account, or on the web at https://denpocket.denstackhq.com/accounts/delete/.
- You can cancel a paid plan in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Security
Data travels between the app and our server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
DenPocket is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
